The shipping cost for your order is calculated in the first step of the checkout process after you have chosen the destination country.
TYBO will pack and ship your package within 2 days after order confirmation.
Shipping in Denmark is free on orders over DKK 499.00. Shipping costs on orders under DKK 499.00 are DKK 30.00 (excluding Greenland, Faroe Islands) to your nearest post office, mailbox or pickup point. Shipping is free in Europe for orders over 150 EUR. For shipping of lower amounts the cost will depend on country and weight. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
For now TYBO only ship to selected countries: Denmark, Sweden, France, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, USA, Japan, Australia and UK. For countries not mentioned above, please contact email@example.com for options.
Estimated delivery time in Denmark is 1-4 working days. In Scandinavia approx. 2-6 working days and Europe approx. 2-5 working days. You are also welcome to make an appointment with us if you wish to pick up your package at our showroom at Vesterbro Copenhagen. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to pick up the package yourself.
You can always return your product. If you wish to return your order, please send us an email within the 14-day return deadline describing what you wish to return from your order. The 14-day return policy applies from the day you receive the product at your address or the day the parcel arrives at the pickup point. The amount will be credited to the credit card connected to the purchase – on all unused returned goods.
Yes, to track your order please go to the footer and find ‘track your order’. Please enter your order ID in the box below and press the “track” button. Your order ID was given to you on your receipt and the confirmation email you should have received.
If your order should be damaged during travel, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you notice and we will find a suitable solution.
All stoneware products are burned at a high temperature, which makes the items strong and perfect for everyday use. All items are oven, dishwasher and microwave safe.
